I'll sit down with you in person or over the phone and discuss what your wanting to accomplish in your fitness goals and what i would recommend
This is a 30 min consultation to discuss your fitness needs and goals as well as for you to ask questions
I use bodyfat skinfold calipers and a 7 site formula to calculate bodyfat. I also recommend measurements up to 10 measurements to get an accurate picture of fat loss vs muscle gain. (This is included with monthly session packages)
Sessions run 50-55 minutes. These are tailored to your fitness plan and goals
Additional participants can be added for 20 per person
These can take place at your gym if allowed by the facility
This is done remotely via email or phone.
Based on your fitness goals and any physical limitations you may have. I will design and write out a program for you to follow and give you access to a video library to view exercises for 4 weeks.
I will come to your house or gym. You can come to City Gym. I will take you through your program, demonstrate each movement, answer questions and make any adjustments that are needed to accommodate physical limitations.
These are on a monthly basis
This includes the Initial consultation, individualized exercise program as well as weekly phone or video calls for questions and progress checks
